Open House Online Registration

You are invited to join us and get to know Oyase Community School.  We are a dynamic learning “Village” in the Woods for children ages 6-15 that meets most Thursdays September to May.  Instructors skilled in facilitating learning of Earth Living Skills, Nature Awareness and Community Skills led by program director Amy Hyatt and field director Bob Etzweiler create a multi-age learning environment that engages and inspires children and teens to learn real life skills, confidence in their own being, and a sense of belonging in a web of relationships.

Visiting children will join in groups to experience a day at Oyase.  Parents are welcome to observe and spend time with the Program Director Amy Hyatt learning about the program and asking her questions.  Pre-registration required.

2018-2019 Program Year

Online Enrollment Application

Oyase Community School is committed to long-term mentoring which means many of our youth return year after year and returning students have first opportunity to enroll in May.  Over the last three years we have had an 80% return rate…combine this with us being enrolled at our maximum for the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 years, we will probably only have a few openings for 2018-2019.

By filling out the Online Enrollment Application, you will have a chance to sign up during the early registration period (May 1st-May 30th).

We initially open enrollment in May to existing Oyase Families, Foxwalk Families, and families who attended Open House or inquired over the last year.  If we have openings for the 2018-2019 year June 1st, we open up general online enrollment.
